Guild Wars

GTK2 Themes by terminhell 10 comments

If you'd read the description, you'd know it's not a real GTK theme. It's the theme of the GuildWars game. It's just a question, that is this theme possible to implement or not?

On the otherhand, I'm not so sure if a screenshot - idea for a theme should be in the GTK theme/style category. - Jun 11 2009

As I tested NameBar out, I found it quite usefull. But.
I use it so it only shows up, when a window is maximized. So I can use a metacity theme that has no titlebar when maximised. (That way, the titlebar "blends" in to upper panel.) If i then open a non-maximized window over the maximized one, Namebar naturally disapears. But that's not how it should work. Since this way to close/minimize/etc the maximized window, you have to first click on it, for namebar to show up.

Suggested behaviour: If NameBar is set to only show it's self with maximized windows, then if there are one or more maximized windows on that screen, it should always show the last selected maximized window, even if a nonmaximized window is selected after it.

Oh, and another thing: I suggest NameBar should read from gconf (/apps/metacity/general/button_layout) how the buttons an the icon should be placed on the titlebar. - May 20 2009
Linux - feel the freedom

Freedome is a dome that is either liberal or you don't have to pay money for it.

What you probably wanted to write is "freedom". - May 15 2009

Wow, most emerald themes these days are either another lame copy of vista, or are so simple, that they could have been easily made by metacity, but this one finally is original.

Oh. They're just launcher icons, not a window switcher.
But if you want icon based window switching in your gnome-panel I suggest you check out Aleksey's DockBar: - Feb 12 2009

I've made an mplayer skin ( ), and used some of your Gnome Colors - Human icons in it. I'm not realy sure what license should I gave to my skin. So I've written:

"ClearPlayer is GPL
GNOME/GNOME-Colors icons are GPL
Tango/Tango-based icons are CC-by-SA 2.5"

You okay with that? - Feb 12 2009

It created just a few kbytes (~90 Kb from video, that was a 4 minute, working flv with sound) files. I added "xterm -e " at the beging of the main ffmpeg line of your script to see what it does. This was the output: - Jun 26 2008

I kinda liked this theme, since I wanted something black orange, but after using it for a while (two weeks now I think) it's getting realy irritating, that firefox in some cases draws black textboxes with black text in it, making them hard to edit. (You write in, then select it, to check for typos, then write it again.)

Is there any way to fix that? It's not the first time I see this with a dark theme, but it is kinda irritating. - Jun 22 2008
