libzip, which is used by default in archivers, is not compatible with this zip archive, therefore it unpacks with an error. If you use pzip to work with a zip file, there will be no errors during unpacking - Oct 03 2019

This is a libzip compatibility issue. Pzip unpacks the archive with git normally.
