No I used Chaoscope (runs well in wine) to make a simple lines design then I retouched in gimp to add some glow effect and to make it more consistent...

Yes, I know we are used to buy strawberrys with a particular shape, but, the one in the picture is a "wild" type. It's smaller and spherical... :)
