You need to modify your KDE icon theme directory for clementine , not plasma themes.

Launch it in terminal you'll see messages like "cannot load clementine-grey" or so. - May 04 2011

See if a device is not mounted currently , you got a 100% usage bar , and mine doesn't goes well ...
