I'm using your awesome theme (4.0b2), I disabled KWin's window decoration for Firefox and I have added the widget "Window control buttons" which is included with the theme at the right side of my tab bar. If I use only one Firefox window, then everything is alright. But if I create another window, the buttons are missing on the new one, and I cannot add them on it using the "personalise" menu.
So that's keeping me to disabling the KWin's decoration. Could you fix it for 4.0 final release ? - Mar 22 2013
In the standard oxygen theme, the maximised button changes when the window is maximised. To be even more consistent with other applications, it could behave the same with your theme. - Jul 19 2011
I agree. When the window is maximised, clicking on a blank space will make it unmaximised. Very annoying.

Also, I'm used to maximising windows by double-clicking on the titlebar. It would be great if you could maximise Firefox by double clicking in the tab bar (which is the top bar when the title bar is hidden).

Great job anyway. This theme is way better than using oxygen-gtk ! - Jul 19 2011
On Windows, the Firefox button changes color when private browsing is activated.
It would be nice to have this same behaviour with your theme. Orange/Purple for "Style 2", and maybe Blue/Gray for "Style 1". - Mar 19 2011
Nice !

Yes I mean the button in the URL bar. - Dec 01 2010
First congrats for your theme. It is just awesome !

I like the default appearance of the new "reload/stop" button introduced in Firefox 4 better than the one from your theme. Could you add an option to be able to configure it.

Then, I think you should add an entry to get to the theme configuration when you right-click on an empty space of a tool bar (the menu where you can set the bars to show, and personalize them).

Finally, I noticed that the animation when opening or closing a tab is less smooth with your theme than with the default one. But I'm not sure that you can do much for that issue.

Anyway keep on the good work ;-) - Nov 30 2010
Using the beta 3, the ogv video player is broken. - Sep 13 2010
Ok then I'll post here, so that if other people find the same issues, they won't report it twice. These bugs are for the version 3.0 beta 1 :

1. In the searchbar which appears when you hit Ctrl + F, the textbox has no width, and you can't type anything in it.

2. I also installed it on a windows xp version of firefox at work today and the changes don't take effect when you modify something in the extension and restart.

3. The style of tab (I'm translating from French so that might not be how it is called in English) applies only to the "main" tabs (in which the webpage is displayed), but not in the options windows. But that may be due to the fact that you have not yet implemented the tab boxes. - Aug 20 2010

This 3.0 beta version is very promising, but there are many bugs. Is there a place to report them or do we just comment here ?

I think it would be better if this place was used for (good) comments on the current stable version. - Aug 20 2010
Version 2.0.1 is working now. Thanks ! - Jun 06 2010
As I am french too, I can translate what oOSplashOo said :

"If I resume I said that your extention don't work for me, it's for that that I said that script doesn't work. You understand know?"

To sum it up, I said that your extension doesn't work for me, that's why I said the script didn't work. Do you understand now?

In French, the verb "résumer" means "to sum up". The French translation for "to resume" is "Continuer". Erreur de débutant ;-)

By the way, I'm also using openSUSE and nothing happens when I change the parameters. It's also too bad that Firefox has to be restarted for the changes to take effect. If I remember well, it wasn't the case with stylish.

Anyway, congratulations for your great work Jimmy ! Thanks ! - Jun 04 2010
But maybe you have other priorities. After reading my last post, it looks like a feature resquest whereas it is rather a suggestion.

Thanks for your good work anyway ! - May 21 2010
Great !

I know few about Firefox theming and extensions, but it seems to me it would be possible with some javascript to generate the CSS file you are using to theme Firefox. You can add the color codes which are in the KDE file describing the color scheme into a generic CSS file.

I guess you are doing that manually for now, but with a little work, I think it would be possible to apply the color scheme which is used in KDE without having to write a specific CSS file.

And it would be easier for you to maintain because I think that currently when you are making a modification in the CSS file, you have to modify all the files for each color scheme. - May 21 2010
Wouldn't that be possible for the extension to read KDE config files (if they exist on the system) and set the right color scheme for firefox (if this is one of the supported scheme) ?

That would be great. When you change your color scheme in KDE System Config, it changes in Firefox without having to do anything. - May 16 2010
The Options' window of Tab Mix Plus ( isn't displayed correctly with the theme.

Great work anyway - Feb 27 2010

Nice plasmoid, but it is designed to be placed in a top bar. If I put it in a bottom bar or a side bar, it starts to behave strangely.

Some part of the plasmoid is outside of the screen, which makes it useless, and less critical but annoying, the sliding animation when opening it is always up to down. - May 22 2012

Thanks for your work on Plasmaboard. It is very useful. However, using an AZERTY layout (French layout), I also have a bug.

When it is shown for the first time, everything is alright, I have the correct layout (first letter: a). However, although the AZERTY layout is displayed, this is in fact a QWERTY layout (if I type on "a", "q" is inputted). Using the shift button (either on Plasmaboard or on the real keyboard), the AZERTY layout is replaced by a QWERTY layout. When I release shift, the QWERTY layout stays.

Reading the comments above, it seems that there are issues with all the non-QWERTY layouts. Could you do something about it?

Sorry I didn't read the previous posts before. It seems the theme was not made for the version 4.5.

I guess an update will be released once SC 4.5 is available. - Jun 29 2010

I tried your theme on KDE SC 4.5 SC1. It looks great but when I resize or maximize and then restore a window, most of the decoration (everything except the corners) disappears. Same behaviour whether I activate blur or not.

I think this should be a bug related to aurorae more than to your theme, but you could fill a better bug report than me (or maybe directly get in touch with the KWin devs) to fix it before the release. - Jun 29 2010
