I think white rectangle appears when
base[SELECTED] is darker than base[NORMAL]

I played with gtkrc and it's just happened - rectandle is now black. I don't know what it depends on

I searched some more and now I know for sure that actually this is the Handel Gothic font and it's not free so I can't share it. (I thought that I don't have original but some kind of copy or fake)
