I am using PCLinuxOS 2009.2 (GNOME), and I wanted to install the .rpm-file. The following errors appear:
libstdc++.so.6 is needed...
rtld (GNU_HASH) is needed...
Amazingly the libstdc++.so.6 can be found in /usr/lib/
Wrong path?
Do I have a possibility to create a symlink?
Any other ideas?
Thx for your help

at first right-click on your kicker to change the preferences of it.
Then move it the top, (or left or wherelese...), remove the buttons from the kicker and confirm.
Afterwards let the kicker disappear. Restart KDE...and the window does not appear any more.

it is important that you install superkaramba 0.33 (not the 0.32-version...) and pykde.
But the problem with the missing configuration-gui does still exist... - Jun 16 2004

then the themes are just on your desktop and not on every window.
But I have a problem too:
I have downloaded the theme, unzipped it into a normal folder. I can open the theme with superkaramba, but it shows just the time and the date with a transparent background. I can´t configure the theme, there is no configure gui.
Where is it?

to use the mail function I have to add a special path to my mail-server. Normally I put something like "pop.whatever.de" and "mail.whatever.de" to add to the server, but I do not know, what kind of path you mean. Can you help me? - May 24 2004
