Do you have plans for adding support for creating/removing alternatives? Editing currently existing ain't sufficient I'm afraid.
I've created debian package with kalternatives. It shall be available on http://debian.neo.pl/ - Jan 21 2005

once configured knetworkled should stay with given settings. Currently, however if it detects lack of interface it was configured to monitor it switches to "Configure me" state which sucks as heel. I personally use wlan0 but I configure it after I log in. So I start my KDE session and when it's loaded I setup my network. Other tools I use to monitor wlan0 interface simply stay tuned waiting the interface to appear. You treat it as a misconfiguration, which is incorrect.
knetworkled shall create list of availabe interfaces on demand, NOT on startup as it recently does. This requires user to ALT-F4 to quit the app whenever s/he wants to use iface that appeared after the app started. - Dec 12 2004

- do you think that "Bring down others" shall affect "lo" as well? - Dec 11 2004
- GUI ain't fully intuitive. I got no clue how to make dhcpclient invoked
- kifi does not ensures encription key=off for profiles w/o the key
- Delete profile's requested should have "No" as default active answer
- no keyboard shortcuts for any window buttons
- why I have to specify the iface prior to creating the profile? If no iface is given profile shall be just inactive (No "Go" for it) but see no reason why I couldn't be able to create such w/o network

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.3) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
on configure phase, which of course is a lie ;) Any ideas how to get rid of this? - Jun 14 2004

I've made Debian package (.deb) of Thin Keramik, so all you Debian users shall either add:
deb http://wfmh.org.pl/carlos/debian/ ./
to your /etc/atp/sources.list and install "kde-thinkeramik" package or manually browse above address and fetch desired *.deb by hand.
BTW: since I don't think it's wise to start new kde-look's project just because I've packaged this stuff, I announce that here, but would also like to ask the TK's author to put the above information on project website. Thanks. - Feb 29 2004
