I'm very new at that this and can definitely consider that, but what is the exact difference between "Window Managers/Metacity Themes" and "Desktop Themes/Cinnamon Themes"? It's my understanding that Metacity versions 1 and 2 deal with Gnome while version 3 deals with Cinnamon, so it could belong there. (I strongly considered it before posting.) However, most of what I've seen in Cinnamon Themes usually don't contain window borders, controls, and desktops. Many have just desktops (which deals only with the start menu). And they never have icons and mouse pointers. - Aug 19 2019
