It contains a file in the top directory that lets you install it as a theme. - Apr 13 2008

I looked it up, but I'm still not sure what folder_document is. From what I've seen I'm assuming that it's a file name for an icon. Is it possible that it just changed names with Oxygen, since I heard that KDE 4 has a new naming standard. - Jan 31 2008

I couldn't use Mediafire for the full package since it has a 100MB limit. I did use it for the Oxygen Icons -NoSVG package , though. - Jan 26 2008
