Office Apps by scribusdocs 61 comments
I was using the 64-bit version that was shipped with Mandriva PowerPack 2008.0. It worked perfectly, was very stable. Now I updated to Mnadriva PP 2008.1, and Scribus crashes every now and then without any reproducable reason. Always Signal #11. Also, I often do the following:
copy a text frame, then edit the text therein. However, when I save it, the text gets lost. So I have to enter the whole thing again. Now I just delete the text in the box (there's no way around), then save it, then write fresh.
I'm sure this is not meant, but it seems it doesn't work in any other way. - Apr 24 2008

Amarok 1.x Scripts by msan 53 comments
Lyricsmanager returns a message that the text has been imported, so actually it should become visible at one place, shouldn't it?

Amarok 1.x Scripts by msan 53 comments
I wanted to test this skript - it seems to be a good way to solve my problems. I can enter lyrics in files, they are saved (I just checked), but I have no idea how to make them visible again. When I click on "import" in the context menu, nothing happens, but I'd rather have this load the texts automatically.
Won't it work like any of these lyrics skripts that fetch lyrics from web servers?
Thanks for your help!

there are two strange things happening:
1. I have meta-tags which are exactly the same as the artist/title stored in lyriki. Yet, the skript doesn't find it, but suggests this title in a suggestion list (with just this one suggestion)
2. When I click on this suggested title, which is the one I want, I just get the same page redisplayed, with the link to that title.
Since I added the lyrics myself, I'm sure they are there. i can also see them of course within Lyriki. - Mar 09 2006
