Pidgin Oignon Head emoticons

i downloaded the file, opened pidgin in tools --> preferences --> emoticon themes --> add then selected the file and pressed open, but nothing happens!! like the file is not recognized or something alike. No error message is displayed. It simply isnt loaded into the emoticon themes list. Any ideas? - May 03 2008
