There is KDE bug. Solution is:
unzip service-monitor-latest.zip
plasmapkg -i service-monitor-latest

Daemons mysql, apache2, cups started, but they statuses are "red minuses" in plasmoid. Any react while click on this "red minus". - May 24 2010
