fully agree with you!
Digikam has excellent and unique features. KPhotoBook looks to have new ideas and better icons. - Apr 12 2004
KNet (formerly kdsl)

what about the 2 options?!
- plugins make kdsl (maybe renamed as 'Konnection') open to all type of Internet connection: pstn, isdn, adsl or even wi-fi

- kpart make possible for kde apps to automatically connect or pop-up kdsl when trying to go on the net. Of course this is important only for non permanent connection.

...then it becomes part of KDE!

Did I understand your meaning?
I guess it is easy for me to talk but not that easy to do it! - Apr 05 2004
Kim (Kde Image Menu)

agree with you: a kdialog should do it easily.
The only thing missing is the ability to attach images to a new email and resize them before (kdialog shoud be helpful too).

Anyway, it is by far the best image service menu I've seen. - Mar 25 2004
Advanced Permissions - konqueror

Various KDE 1.-4. Improvements by markuzzo 29 comments

that's a very good mockup and idea. I fully support it.
I believe that we need to have ACL in the kernel to use it on Linux, but we can probably use it already on samba partitions. - Mar 10 2004

excellent initiative!
I believe that a unique application for all type of Internet connexion should be the next step (means kdsl + kppp + ...) - Mar 10 2004
Attach to Email Service Menu

Dolphin Service Menus by dschrader 110 comments

that's a pretty good service menu, I was trying to do something like that but I can now stop!
The only thing missing for pictures is to propose a menu to resize the images before sending them (like in XP I think).
I want to send 640*480 pictures but certainly not 2000*xxxx size. - Mar 09 2004

I haven't tried yet but I'll definitively give it a try asap. This is something I was waiting for a long time. Gnomemeeting is really excellent but since I am using KDE I would prefer a KDE version.
I use a lot GnomeMeeting for PC2Phone with microtelco services, any chance it will be implemented too? - Jan 27 2004
