First option
=============
Simply remove the right part of the menu.
The person will have three options. "Alphabetical", "Categories", "Tiles Only". For those who want the Small Menu, it will come with only one column (1 grid). For those who use it in full screen, it will have several columns (1, 2, 3, etc ... grids). Therefore, the "Alphabetical", "Categories" tabs will fill the entire screen (which I believe is the desire of those who use a mouse).
Then all 3 tabs will adapt according to the choice.
FullScreen on = multiple columns.
FullScreen off = 1 column.
Second option
=============
FullScrren on
*** It works the same as I said in the example above (Without the screen on the right with the tiles fixed with 'Pin to Menu')
FullScreen off
*** It works exactly as it is now. Left side categories. Right side Tiles fixed with 'Pin to Menu'.
---
The "Tiles Only" tab never changes in all the examples I gave.
It is just a matter of removing the right screen with the favorites 'pin to menu' (when in full screen) to make room for the "Alphabetical", "Categories" tabs to fill it completely. Operation will remain exactly the same.
---
That is, :)
Just remove the screen on the right (when in full screen).

So it seems boring for someone "Beginner" in the subject to ask for things. I understand you.
And I believe it must be quite boring to spend hours programming and attending favors. However, my idea was to improve even, who knows you had not seen from this angle. You see?
But my idea was to leave the two tabs "Alphabetical" and "Categories" exactly as they are (the left part). Except that instead of the tiles (on the right side) being our "favorites", they would be the normal shortcuts. In other words, I click on Office, all installed applications within this category appear on the right side (instead of appearing below, as it is currently).
Therefore, our favorite tiles would be in the "Tiles Only" tab. Because the way it is now, this tab is practically useless. Nobody would leave it as the initial tab, nor would they use it at any time, since everything that is in it is repeated in the other two tabs. The "Tiles Only" tab is currently an ornament. And the other two tabs, they lose the space on the right that could be completely filled.
Summing up:
** left = categories / alphabetical.
** right = applications.
** Our favorite apps (pin to menu), all hosted on "Tiles Only"
** search bar = exactly in the same location.
For people who want "Tela Cheia", the right side fills in the rest. For people who want a smaller menu, this right side could just be a single grid. So, just access up and down, not having the option to go left and right. Whoever uses full screen, will probably be going to fetch your application through the mouse, so it could continue to be the same movement of the arrows (up / down only).
Anyway ... sorry to take your time. But it would be fantastic to approve more of the right side of the menus.

Both continue with the same layout.
ALPHABETICAL:
Only letters will appear on the left side. On the right side will appear the applications with the chosen option, in the case below I clicked on the letter C.
# & @ | anbox ark
A B -C- D | -C-
E F G H | caligra gemini caligra shets caligra words
I J K L M | calligraphy stage
CATEGORIES:
On the left side, only the categories will appear. On the right side, applications with the chosen option will appear. In this case, I clicked on the "office" category
# & @ | -OFFICE-
-Office- | calligraphy stage
Graphics | caligra gemini caligra shets caligra words
Internet | GRAPHICS
System | Gimp Inkscape
The symbols (# & @) represent: most used, most recent, found and lost. - Mar 15 2020

Since there are three ways to access the menu: categorys, alphabetical, entire titles. You could, in fact, make a full screen for all three. For example: tiles are my particular shape (this does not need any changes); categories occupying the entire screen - its functioning will not change; however, removing the side tiles and it occupying the entire screen; alphabetical order, the same thing; remove the side tiles and let it occupy the entire screen, with the operation as it is now.
In other words, the tiles will remain in the session itself.
Alphabetical order in another session.
And the category ... also in a separate session.
And he could create a fourth session, keeping the tiles on the right side, and the category (or alphabetical) on the right side; the way it is today. - Mar 15 2020
