i had the same prob., the nuvola.tgz is missing index.desktop., you can copy this file from your other downloaded icons to nuvola.tgz just change the name to nuvola (name=nuvola).

extract first the file to copy the index.desktop and run 'ark' and drag the extracted file to it. say name the file nuvola_new.tar.gz - May 05 2004
