I ran configure and installed all the dependencies needed so that configure works OK but now when I run make I get
bash: make: command not found

Any ideas?

I am using Kubuntu Breezy and tried the source rpm with:
rpm -ivh kmysql....
It seemed to go OK doing the 100% thing but I cannot seem to find the program in my menu and typing kmysqladmin at the command line doesn't work either.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Kim (Kde Image Menu)

Graphic Apps by cbouveyron 197 comments

I tried to create a flash slideshow using KIM and I eventually got it to work however I had a few problems - if anyone can help me fix them?
- The images did not copy into the /images folder
- In the XML file the image filenames were incorrectly listed as images/myfile.jpg.jpg

So overall I had to do 2 extra things:
1. manually copy the files to /images
2. edit the XML file to remove extra .jpg

Any help is appreciated,
thanks for a great tool,

I am a kubuntu user and really wanted this. I could not get it to install so I created a new e.g. and made it executable.
I then edited it pasting in only section 2 from the original
I then replaced all occurences of $kdeinsdir with /usr
I saved the file and then ran it as sudo e.g. sudo ./

It worked fine and now I am happily using KIM. It would be good if this was available by apt.
