i've just install dekorator tooday, and it's very nice , but i use keramic before and there is a little button (with a "+" who put the winbdows on all you desktop , i found this very good, so it is possible to have this button with this DEKORATOR

for use it with thunderbird just change 2 line:

first : clickarea x=27 y=0 w=26 h=33 onclick="mozilla-thunderbird"

i think it's should work

for the weather i use liquid weather (you found the background i use on the compactfile) and on the bottom of the screen it's meteosat karamba theme, you find it here:
