Start procedure changed (kill old interface before starting and reducing windows if xvkbd is installed)

A new release with a lot of improvement (1.3).

Bookmark manager.
Hide the password in the transfer result under the version lftp 4.2.3.
Resize columns in the treeviews.
Size fixed for the file names.
Optimization of the windows display.
