To do this you must go to the terminal
and then type gconf-editor
then go to apps->avant window navigator.
There check force force_monitor. After that you must set the monitor height and width until the dock is at the right place. (you need to restart avm for it) - Aug 04 2007

You mean the dock? I use avant window navigator for this. For the taskbars you can apply any image to it. - Jul 31 2007
