I notice that while encoding only one of the cores is active at any given time (sort of swaps between the two). Given the intensive nature of encoding etc is there likely to be a dual core optimised version available?

Awesome app BTW, been using this for a few years now! - Dec 22 2006

OK, the main thing is that it can print in the correct area, I presume with the link I posted above that would be possible? If not, (as I am certainly no developer) where would we go about maybe starting a project for this? - Apr 22 2006

The printer actually prints straight on the disk these days, and they come out really really nice, no stick on labels needed. I should also mention most of it's handled by the printer driver, one of which is already available in the gutenprint project. Definately happy to help with testing, as far as I know there is absolutely no program out there that will do this. I could send you the epson tool to have a look at if you like (you can't download it) but it only runs on windows obviously. - Apr 22 2006

Any chance of disc printing support, I have an Epson R200 series printer which prints directly on the CD's. It works simply by selecting a tray and from some measurements based on an A4 page. There are full details on the epson Web Site. I'd be happy to donate something to help get you started. Technical Details are available at - Apr 22 2006

Hmmm, don't think so, perhaps I've missed something. I'm running Suse 10. Could you please confirm the dependencies then? (Incase there is something in that).

Hey I've always used this in the past but it doesn't seem to work on the latest version of Amarok, anyone else got this problem?

Cheers. - Feb 08 2006

Could you please add a version number somewhere in the GUI when running wlassistant? I feel it would be handy to know a) what version you currently have and b) confirmation that an upgrade has worked successfully. - Aug 27 2005

I have a similar error on Suse 9.3. I have tried the below (or above, whichever it works out to be) example of installing the latest devel package with no luck. I have installed the latest packages and their respective devel packages for libdvdnav, libdvdread and libdvdplay. The error I continue to get is as follows:

I absolutely love this program, it is one of many that has inspired me to try my hand at programming after being in infrastructure for over 10 years. However there is on little thing that confuses me. When you release a new version, the changelog on KDE-Apps appears to include all previous changes also, meaning I cannot accurately know what has actually changed. Would it be possible to display the changes sorted by revision? - Aug 12 2005
