Don't know, just look in that directoy in see what's the last version of kde-pref. The path above containt two xx's. Fill in the last version number. At the time of writing, this was 39.

It's just in the snapshot directory and you have to replace de 'xx' with the last versionnumber. At the time of writing this was '39' - Apr 07 2002
