In my (misdirected) enthusiasm, I posted a complete "branch" version. In hindsight, this was not the best thing to do. Therefore, I have re-released as a patch to the most recent karamba source.

I know karamba's maintainer is probably totally overwhelmed, so I'll just be more patient :)
