Karamba & Superkaramba by maloon 7 comments

You have created my favorite sensors theme. However, some paths are wrong. I'm using opensuse 10.2. I tried to edit your theme with vi, but I just don't know what to change.
My lm_sensors is located at:
Sensors is located at:
and I just upgraded lm_sensors to the very newest version.

All the sensors work.
I have four temperature sensors from the k8temp module, and gkrellm shows this. I like your theme for superkaramba a lot better than gkrellm.
If you could tell me which lines of the theme to change I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you. - Sep 01 2007

He said, "I am so cool. Look, I have a picture with the cleavage, and a bunch of transparent superkaramba themes monitoring the same computer. It makes me magnifique!"

Just to be fair, I only checked it out because I saw the cleavage... - Aug 29 2007

KDE 3.x Splash Screens by DjMadness 29 comments

I thought most of the trolls had been cleaned out from around here. I see it's time to get out my trusty battle axe. Cover your faces... it could get messy!

The secret is: you have to kill them before they breed.

Nice splash, by the way. - Aug 21 2007

I would not be surprised in the future if opensuse disappeared altogether, or became purchase only. It's fantastic after it's configured to my tastes. Turn off zmd and use opensuseupdater, which is very dependable, and import all the missing libraries by hand, and you have a distro beyond compare. That's what worries me. It's almost too good to expect it to remain open source.

And one thing is certain, Microsoft doesn't like the idea of a high quality competing operating system which just happens to be free. Right now they are probably meeting with the Legion of Doom to plan the demise of opensuse. ;-) - Aug 03 2007
Perl Audio Converter

Audio Extractors/Converters by viron 79 comments

I've heard you have the best audio converter available for Linux. Unfortunately I'm not a programmer, and I'm new to Linux. Have you considered making PAC self installing so normal people can use it? I've tried to install it, and I just don't have the time to learn how to go though all the steps. Maybe if I had majored in programming instead of music theory...

Just a suggestion.
Thanks. - Jun 25 2007
