Hi firstly, are you running Suse? I know... dumb question. Also, the last step, running mkinitrd -s 1024x768 as superuser is key... I am so sorry it wont work for you ... plz let me know if you have any luck. So far, everyone I know has had no problems getting the bootsplash installed.. - Aug 01 2005

Oh... I gotcha... the full screen Ksplash... I will give it a shot! Will be full screen but slightly different with regard to animation... I will try to figure it out!!

Awesome, glad you like it. I have made a matching wallpaper and Ksplash. Let me know if you would use a matching KDM theme for login! I will whip one up for you!
