GTK2 Themes by kimmik 44 comments

When clicking on the Applications menu item, the drop down fonts are smaller compared to the drop downs of Places and System. - Jun 14 2007

GTK2 Themes by kimmik 44 comments

Hi Kimmik, I found two issues you might want to look into for the next version of the theme:

- in Evolution the column headers in Tasks looks too 'raw'. I don't know how to describe it, but I can email you screenshots if you want

- still in Evolution, the background color of the New button has a different shade of gray than the rest of the toolbar. - Jun 14 2007

I'm used to installing themes through Gnome's theme manager. The downloadable archive has two folders. How do I install these into my themes?

I don't usually use Vista-based themes for the very reason that I switched to Linux to avoid Windows (and its look). But I do have to say that I like your choice of color. - Feb 11 2007

I'm a newbie to ubuntu and I've been playing around with themes lately. I like your theme very much.

After installing it, I noticed that the Quit button launches a screen that doesn't have Shutdown. When I click Log out, the Shutdown and restart buttons are there but don't seem to function properly.

These two buttons simply "blacken" (for lack of a Linux term) the screen and display the log in screen.

To be able to shutdown, I have to use the terminal window. Any hints on how I can restore the Shutdown function? - Sep 20 2006
