thank you for the tip :) - Jun 25 2006
looks like devart is not a fan of .tar.gz files. re-uploaded on .zip, if you don't want to download it again, just manually extract the files to ~/.icons/

thanks :) - Jun 23 2006
yep, that's it.

i've been digging about theming xfwm. problem is that i never tried xfce and i will need the time to test it... not sure... - Jun 23 2006
damn! what can i say appart from a very BIG THANKS!

i wish you're satisfied with the final result.

if you know a way to help me improving this, i'll be really thanksful :) - Jun 23 2006
about the colors used, you'll see they fit well when item is selected (matching normal task button) and unselected (matching selected task button). to me looks good that way, hope people agree.

for 'theme details' i can't do anything, that's because buttons are too round. since the original theme looks like that i'm not going to change it.

still trying to solve the evolution thing, i guess the developers had clearlooks in mind while designing the interface... ^^ - Jun 22 2006
i haven't themed for xfce yet so not for the moment...

if someone offers to help me... - Jun 22 2006
So much thanks for your comment :) - Jun 22 2006
fixed, there was a transparency problem on one of the .pngs.

thanks for reporting :) - Jun 22 2006
i must say i started to consider if i should continue posting my themes on gnome-look due to bad comments.

thanks, not everybody will come back here to accept he was wrong so let me say thanks again.

btw, i wasn't able to find the 'mimic' theme for enlightenment :P - Jun 22 2006
many thanks for the comment :)
to be sincere i don't use evolution myself so i just missed it.

i will look closer to this but appart from a weird "new..." button i can't find any issues. can you provide images?

thanks again - Jun 22 2006
thanks for the comment, nice you like it - Jun 22 2006

editing, could be missunderstanded :P - Jun 21 2006
nice desktop ;)

right click the panel, choose add to panel.

there drag and drop 'main menu' and remove your 'menu bar'.
it's just a simple applet with a custom distributor logo :D - Jun 17 2006
what looks like a dock is a simple gnome-panel with custom icons and a background (which will be released together with the theme).

fast, usable and reliable indeed :D - Jun 17 2006
will be soon...

that is the gtk and metacity themes, icon set, wallpapers... :) - Jun 17 2006
thanks, i really appreciate the comments :) - Jun 17 2006
gtk2 engine is pixmap, gtk1 engine is just a color mod of clearlooks

at the moment i'm writting the documentation, will be out on 2/3 days :)

thanks for the comments! - Jun 17 2006

you can get transparencies with transset or even better, try compiz, all my menus are now transparent :D - May 30 2006
this is starting to be annoying... ¬¬
why you didn't take the time to read a bit before posting?

first, the author you link to already posted here, why don't you read a few posts up?

second, his theme was based on a windows theme by another author (fantastic902) who gave me permission for this release.

third, since this theme started to be developed before kal-el release, includes totally new artwork (including a metacity theme) and he didn't even credited some of his resources... why should i change the name?

i could go for a fourth or fifth but, to be sincere, i just don't want to.

how would you feel if you work for a week or two and some1 comes with a comentary like yours... - May 26 2006
no they aren't free :(

but for example, lucida is shipped together with m$ windows nor m$ office.

you can also browse http://www.fontfreak.com for free fonts.

thanks for the comment :) - May 24 2006
I think I misunderstood the part 'give me my credits rather than create a new content' or at least I wasn't clear enough, sorry in that case.

If you want me to add your file I wouldn't have any problems but... don't you think it will be a bit confusing for the user to download a file and find 2 different themes?

Anyway a link to your file will be present on the readme and the description, as before, cheers :) - May 23 2006
The one you see on the screenshot is a typical Mac font, Handel Gothic D.

You can also try Lucida Console, which looks pretty good :) - May 23 2006
I know, I talked to you before on devinatart and you are already credited, why didn't you take the time to take a look at the readme, or even better, read the description of the file before posting? ;)

Well, I decided to go on my own because first, I already started my port before you released yours. Second, to be sincere, yours seems to not be as accurated as I wanted. Third you didn't worked on a Metacity theme to go with GTK nor a matching XMMS skin.

Finally, why don't you want to let people choose between them? Asking me to not release it is not a good policy.

PS: You better credit (and contact) roberTO, original author of the GTK theme you modded. - May 22 2006
