Could we make sure that the current SRPM is posted with the RPM? That way if there is a delay in the new release from you, people don't duplicate work you have already done. Also if you ever stop developing this RPM it would be nice for someone to be able to pick it up again.

Thank you for your hardwork on this.

Actually it is still there if you enable smooth zooming. Looks like there is a bug.

MacOSX Docker

Karamba & Superkaramba by genneth 62 comments

Do you think it would be possible to have a tooltip popup when you hoover over a minimized task that would display the title of the window. It gets kinda hard to track which Konq window is which without.

You know what would be even better is a snapshot of the window like OSX does. If you look at the KasBar extension to Kicker it supports something like this. Minimize a window and when you hoover over it's icon on the KasBar it pops up a snapshot of the window. It would be awesome if we could do something like this, be it an icon of the snapshot in the Docker or if it popped up like the KasBar does it. This is probably something I will have to mention to the superkaramba guy too. I am sure it would require an API for it.

Thanks again.

Another thing I just thought of, if there are multiples copies of a program running is there any way to handle that at all? It would be nice if you could pop up a context menu that allows you to select the app to work with, like the TaskBar grouped tasks function.

Thanks again.

I am wondering if there is functionality in SuperKaramba to allow you to create a context menu when you right click on an icon. It would be like the TaskBar applet's menus when you right click.

Another thing I just thought of, if there are multiples copies of a program running the MacOSX Docker does not handle it very well. It would be nice if you could pop up a context menu that allows you to select the app to work with, like the TaskBar grouped tasks function. I will post this question to the superkaramba topic as well.

The last thing I am wondering is if you are planning on implementing the icon bounce stuff from your Docker bar?

Thank you for your work on MacOSX Docker it is really shaping up.

SuperKaramba

Karamba & Superkaramba by ageitgey 326 comments

Right now I notice that if you right click anywhere on a karamba theme you get the karamba menu. Would it be possible to make it so that you can do other things with a right click.

For example in the OSXDocker theme or your ClanBar theme it would be nice if you could right click on the icon that has a running app and get the same context menu that you get from the taskbar applet.

Does this make sense? Is there an API there for this that no one is using yet? If not how hard would this be to add for theme writers?

Thank you for your amazing work on superkaramba, in a couple weeks I have seen awesome stuff come from it, keep up the great work.

Does Suse 8.1 have Xfree86 4.2.99 or 4.3? If you don't have the nex XFree86 than these cursors will not work for you.

As others have stated, the only really XP like elements are the buttons. That being the WindowsXP theme. The menus are OfficeXP like.

I think this look is really nice. The only complaint that I have is if you are going to go with a style, stick with that style. What I am thinking is, you started with a really flat style. Then you added the XP like buttons that are a little bit 3D-ish. I would rather you stick with the flatter style of buttons.

I really like flat styles, my current fave. is Light Style 3rd revision. I think it is extremely clean.

Keep up the great work, you have a ton of artisic talent. Thanks for sharing with us.

I wouldn't say that this is all that original. I think it has a ton of similarities to WinXP.

This would be wonderful. At home I like to use the Keramik/Geramik themes, but at work I like the clean utilitarian look and feel of Light V3. A GTK theme that used my colors and fonts from KDE, and matched Light V3 would be killer! Thanks.

As in the branch of Debian (unstable). Used to be woody. Now woody is stable. Dunno what unstable is called nowadays.
