I do not know if this has been fixed and if you really intend to fix it.
The notification icon available in the system tray, the bubble is in blue, it would be interesting if it adopts the highlight color of the specific theme.
In the screen capture is like this, I do not know if the final theme is like this.

Something you would very much like to see in plasma or folder view would be the possibility to hide desktop icons with a double-clicking mouse in an empty area, there are several programs for this purpose in Windows.

Yeyushengfan258, maybe for now, it would be interesting to at least eliminate the white background color, increase the vertical size of the blue line to a total of 26px and move it 3px to the left, improve the aesthetics and the design is more consistent, see how would be in the image below:
