Hi! You can still download it here, but it's not for Mint 19+. With Mint 18-18.3 it should still work. I'm sorry to say, but I don't have any intentions to make it compatible for Mint 19.

The theme works perfectly with tools like gparted, you just need to copy it to /usr/share/themes - Nov 14 2017

Just move the the themes to /usr/share/themes and your problem should be gone.

Thanks for your suggestions! My intention was to to stay as close as I could to the original Mint-Y theme, I just couldn't stand the mintish green anymore. :-) At the moment I can't work on the theme at all, my right hand is nearly unuseable. - Sep 26 2016
Just copy the themes into /usr/share/themes and all looks good. :-)

Thanks! I haven't tested the themes with LM 17, that's why the file says "Theme for Mint Cinnamon 18". :-) With LM 18 the scroll bar @Evince works fine.
