Hi,
My camera is FujiFilm Finepix S 5600 with macro. I use sometimes, but not in this case, special lens for macrophotography. It is indispensable for very small objects. You can see some examples in my other walpapers here. Also, for macro photos very important is tripod. Without it, it is very difficult to get sharp macro photos.

No, it is place on opposite side of the Earth ;-)
This shoot was taken in south-east Poland, in low, but impressive mountains called Beskid Niski, close to Poland/Slovakia border. There is small lake that was formed c.a. 15 years ago in the forest by the soil that slipped from the slope and blocked a stream. There are old dead and broken trees, on some of them different plants including ferns grow, so they may really look on the picture like tree ferns, but they are "normal", small ferns. - Sep 12 2007
