Dockbarx does not work at all after the last update. I had to unistall and reinstall it completely, include the folders on /home/user/.dockbarx and usr/share/dockbarx, but after the reinstallation the dock does not work yet. All the dependencies are installed.

Any suggestion?

Veo que usas Ubuntu. En mi Ubuntu, cuando uso tu tema los botones de la calculadora son grises como todos los demás. Lo que necesito saber es porqué en la captura de pantalla que pusiste los botones de la calculadora son de colores. Yes you can. Open the SCR folder and look inside a file named support.h. Here there are some settings you can change to set up the opacity, for example, this is mine:
