There are some borders within the application menus of audacious, gedit .etc (see below link). To fix it, make this change to bisoft-greybird/gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets.css:

.menuitem,
.menu .menuitem {
border-radius: 0;
border-style: solid; --> change to none or
border-width: 1px; --> reduce to 0px
padding: 3px 2px 3px 2px;
}

to get this to work, open http://userstyles.org/styles/80900/fake-ubuntu-unity-overlay-scrollbar, install stylish and install the stylish script. Greasemonkey script did not work for me though. - Jan 22 2013

I tried with fresh installed Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and the problem persists. Changing the GTK theme to Ambiance gave Synaptic a better look right away though. I don't know why. - Jun 02 2012

thank you a lot man for the themes and the Libre settings! You have saved me hours, I mean HOURS, of finding switching between GTK3 themes. Never knew of your other two themes until I tried Grayday as one of your earlier suggestions for someone's else and now having it as my main GTK3. Deviantart doesn't have any 3.4-compatible themes that are as decent to look at as yours. But I think you shouldn't post any of your themes on Deviantart man, it has been a mess out there. - May 30 2012

can you make the theme a little darker? The current is a little to bright to stare at, especially when using Libreoffice.
