It's not default. You have to enable it by putting "ShowText=true" in kickerrc under Munu options. Further you can use Text= "What ever text you like"; (Though I'm using default text "Applications"). - Sep 27 2005

In the right click pop-up menu you'll get an option like "Reset to default..."
(it will give you a warning, ignore it).
This will refresh the pop-up menu to display all available plugins)

If it doesn't do; recompile with collowing option.

./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix`

Not a special config. My default style is Panther. I've created a rule for Juk to use both Tiger syle and deco. Best thing is to move the baghira.rc file from ~/.qt and configure baghira again.

Hi, Sorry I'm late (Was out during the week end) and found someone already given the exact answer for as mine. First of all thanks for you great work and to be honest I'm waiting for kde 3.5 to see the improvements over 0.8. Actually this is a very bad hack to work in my computer...Currently I'm doing some more changes (Some of my friends pushing me on that :-) ) and hope to post it soon...(Sorry I'm new to C++, so not capable of writing diffs, instead I'll put as much comments in the next post that help you to identify what I've changed) - Sep 12 2005

Just right click on a empty area of the sidebar tabs and in the pop-up menu you'll get all the available sidebars. When you select KMetabar to add, and when you open it KDE will automatically make it default sidebar. Hope this answer your question. - Sep 06 2005

Could you make sure that you followed the steps:

make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure [--prefix=/usr]
make
make install

Thank you for your comment. Actually at the moment I'm doing some kind of brain storm to come up with a brand new idea (Combining with some nice technologies coming in KDE4 like Tenor). The main thing should be usability, isn't it.
