I recommend to use an Emerald "Blur decoration" option (Emerald Settings tab) and configure the "Blur Windows" effect to: Blur Filter: Gaussian Gaussian Radius: 11 Gaussian Strength: 1.0000 Without that, this theme looks as normal "aero theme" what you can find here.

As for the lack of panels and taskbars, my windows are managed through compiz (scale, show desktop, expo) and gnome DO (restore minimized windows due to lack of task bar).

I want active and inactive windows to look different, so I made inactive windows' titlebars transparent.

In order to get the blur effect that is shown in the example pictures you will need to enable the 'blur windows' plugin in ccsm(CompizConfigSettingsManager), set the 'blur filter' to use a 'gaussian' blur and set the 'gaussian radius' to its max which is 15.

A theme meant to look like Windows Media Center (to an extent).
