Import, and select the file :-) *Click on Load *Save *Go to Windows and select Bespin.

For the windows decoration I recommend Crystal theme and CleanNsimpL Blue (emerald).

It is kept in sync with the official oxygen style, and adds support of full transparency on the windows.
