Got it all figured out.

That being said; I do have a couple of suggestions. Perhaps you could make it so that icon selection brings up the KDE icon selection thing instead of just the file picker, as it's hard to browse to find certain icons >_<

Also, it'd be cool to move the icons around on the dock, like you can with icons on a KDE panel.

Thank you perfectska04 for another lovely update to your fantastic theme.

With the bold panel font on the menus I didn't like it at first but it grew on me and now I prefer it bold .. it makes the "Applications Places System" stand out more and its sort of a major/minor thing (if you know what I mean) to the clock/date/temp applet .. I guess it gives a central place for your eyes to look at.

Also is it possible to modify the theme so it gives a coloured selector when selecting something in the menus ?? Similar to when you select a file in list view.

I think I have fixed the Firefox 3 address bar bug in Wise/Human versions of Shiki-Colors.

First Install Stylish:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2108

Then create a new style (right-click the stylish button at the bottom then Write Style > Blank style) .. then copy and paste the following into the code box:

#urlbar {
background-color: #FFFFFF !important;
}

Then give a name for it and save.

It is a hacky solution though as it "hardcodes" the urlbar's background to white and people with custom firefox css styles may run into problems with this fix.

perfectska04 its seems that your theme posts are not updating on gnome-look whenever you update your themes ... not an important issue but when you update your themes it bumps it to the top of the new artwork list and it might attract more users to your theme if it is bumped.

Thats because you are either:

1. Running the program as root. (and you don't have Shiki colors installed for root)
2. Running the program under an earlier version of WINE. Later versions of Wine fix the Tray icon background so it uses the native panel colour. - Sep 13 2008

The scrollbar is not at the very edge of the screen for a reason .. some people including me have binded their screen edges to do Compiz tasks like flip the cube .. so perfectska04 has done the right thing and made the scrollbars perfect !! Theres nothing left to do in the scrollbars.

Also to perfectska04 I love how you have set the notebook tabs to 0 roundness cause it looks the best if its squared. - Sep 08 2008

Are you using the emerald theme or the metacity theme ?? Keep in mind that the coloured line at the top is there to let you know that the window is active.

If you have it as emerald:

1. Go to the emerald theme manager
2. Click on the emerald theme you want to edit
3. Click the edit theme tab at the top
4. Click on "truglass"
5. For both the upper glass glow and the lower glass glow change the colour to the same colour as the Frame base colour.
6. Remember to save and rename it to whatever you like. - Sep 05 2008

Just one point when you open up a drop down menu the hover colour is grey .. is there any way of setting it so it uses the theme colour like in your previous themes ??

Also while im at it .. I think you should rename your icon theme to icon-colors or something and make GNOME-colors the global name for all your themes. (just in my opinion) - Sep 03 2008

GNOME-Colours is fantastic and all but there is a slight issue with the new network icon, it makes it look like the network cable is unplugged, I actually thought there was something wrong with my network and I tried to plug it back in and then I came to the conclusion that it was just the way the icon is done.

What is the output of running Vista_Menu.py run-in-window from a terminal? esta pregunta no la entiendo, soy un poco nuevo en linux. Si me explicas como puedo hacer que funcione en el terminal lo are.

hola, instale el menu vista pero no mas instalarlo se me quedo pillado al intentar cambiar el logo, lo desintale y al intentar instalarlo otra vez no me dejo, mas tarde puede instalarlo pero entonces me salia en vez del menu puntos blancos. Y ahora cuando lo intento poner me sale este error «OAFIID:GNOME_VistaMenu». arriba ya lo solucionasteis pero no entendi como lo hicisteis por que no hablo ingles..:S - Jul 08 2008

I think that this Icon set is distro quality and that the ubuntu developers should include this in Intrepid Ibex ... the way that you have made the interface consistent and only changed the colours is outstanding .. its kind of like a mobile phone where the interface stays the same yet you can put on different colour cases. The Icons are very consistent as well like if you change from Gnome-Wine to Gnome-Human you aren't going to be confused. I like how you have packaged everything to make a complete desktop experience thats why I think this is distro quality.

To the users of this theme please download Personal Menu for Firefox 3 .. it makes Firefox 3 under this icon theme look EVEN better:
