The icons are called Areao4.2 by heylove at http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/45532008/. There is no icon theme here. I just converted them to png using this http://doc.gwos.org/index.php/Convert_Windows_icons and copy them to an icon theme making sure they are in the right place. - Feb 24 2007

Thanks. tar.gz and tar.bz2 doesn't work properly in deviantart so that is why I used zip. Never tried 7zip. I guess I will try that next time. - Jan 29 2007
