Ok, thanks for the answer. I understand your idea. To be honest i don't really like the workspace switcher for various reason. But I only use 2 or 3 workspace. For now I removed it with this old extension (that still work)

Wow! Thanks a lot monday15! I really love the new dark version. It's very compact and good for the eyes. I've only notice one strange thing. The desktop switcher is not on the centre. It's a choice? I made a screenshot:
