It's not default. You have to enable it by putting "ShowText=true" in kickerrc under Munu options. Further you can use Text= "What ever text you like"; (Though I'm using default text "Applications"). - Sep 27 2005

Hi, Sorry I'm late (Was out during the week end) and found someone already given the exact answer for as mine. First of all thanks for you great work and to be honest I'm waiting for kde 3.5 to see the improvements over 0.8. Actually this is a very bad hack to work in my computer...Currently I'm doing some more changes (Some of my friends pushing me on that :-) ) and hope to post it soon...(Sorry I'm new to C++, so not capable of writing diffs, instead I'll put as much comments in the next post that help you to identify what I've changed) - Sep 12 2005

Still I'm learning C++...So the improvements will be bit slow :-)

Thanks for your comment... - Sep 06 2005

Try to woth the option

./configure --with-extra-includes=/usr/include/arts

By the way what is the distribution you are using...? - Sep 06 2005
Could you make sure that you followed the steps:

make -f Makefile.cvs

Further make sure you have arts-devel installed. - Sep 06 2005

I'm also having the same problem, and every time I have to put the ALI panel west and east from config. Hope this will be fixed before 0.7 final. - Sep 20 2005
Not a special config. My default style is Panther. I've created a rule for Juk to use both Tiger syle and deco. Best thing is to move the baghira.rc file from ~/.qt and configure baghira again.

Thank you for your comment. Actually at the moment I'm doing some kind of brain storm to come up with a brand new idea (Combining with some nice technologies coming in KDE4 like Tenor). The main thing should be usability, isn't it.
Actually the icons are downloaded from and mixed with OS-L icon set from here kde-look.
- Aug 30 2005
Sorry, but these are mockups for KDE4. The best one (Eye candy + follows the HIG standards) will be a part of KDE4.

I like to have Lipstik like scrollbar with the same effects and color that Polymer push buttons have. Current scrollbar is not going well with push buttons.
Great work, keep it up.... - Aug 26 2005
