If you make a theme for the GTK toolkit, then it affects all of gnome including GIMP and other GTK apps. So all you have to do it make one. Then there are other things like Metacity, which is the most popular window manager used with GNOME. - Oct 06 2004

well I got it to compile, but ran into another problem:

and them running it gives:
/usr/local/kde/bin/apollon
/usr/local/kde/bin/apollon: error while loading shared libraries: libapollon.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

plus none of the download links are working. Suggestions? - Jan 27 2004

GTK-QT Theme Engine

DONT INSTALL THIS POS. I did and it completely f*cked up everything. First it locked up X, then no Gnome apps would start, then gnome wouldent start at all. I had to open up Gconf in KDE in order to get it back. This obviously needs a little more work. - Jan 01 2004

Funny you say that, I put [LINUX] in front of my name in all the games I play, except for UT because I have a clan. Unfortnatly many a times people will automaticly think I'm hacking if I do good :(
As for valve, they should realize that they would get a lot more customers if they made native linux support, lots of us love CS. It also dissapoints me that we have a server but no client. Im reduced to using 1.5 in winex with many problems. And fat chance getting 1.6/steam working, you need IE. - Dec 24 2003

I really like this one. The one thing I would do is gimp-out the power line at the bottom left corner and maybe make the text less intrusive, like make it blue or something. The quality of that camera is amazing! - Dec 24 2003

When it comes to religion, there is no truth. Its all what you believe. I just wanted to know, if he loves this religion so much, why does he insist on putting us off to it? Hes doing it no good. If everyone is like Tim Brown I definatly don't want to be a part of it, or even take anything he says as the "truth." Could he just explain this? Or is he too afraid (or just has nothing to say) - Dec 12 2003

Please Tim, explain this to me.
Why don't you ever contribute to KDElook.org except to submit these horrible wallpapers that you KNOW will get bad ratings? I've never seen you comment on something if it wasn't yours or some other religious propoganda. Could it be because you are more interested in putting OFF people to God than you are in art?
Please don't ignore this post. - Dec 11 2003

Tim, you never contribute to KDElook.org, except by infecting the site with these horrible wallpapers that you know will get bad ratings. I've never seen you post a comment on something besides your own, besides someone else's stupid religious propaganda. What gives? Are you more into turning people off of religion than you are of art? - Dec 09 2003
