My original idea to do cursor themes, called by me "all in one", began in June 7 of 2013 with Alkano-aio. The idea was different. Now the idea is much better. As you said: "the pack is taking only one line in System Settings. Way more appealing than million of different entries for one theme."

Exactly, you've got my idea with a few words.

Thanks for your wise comment,

I am KDE user too, I am working using KaOS 4.4.5-1 distribution. However, I have to try all my artworks on different desktop environment of linux.

I note with sadness that the two cursor themes "all in one" I've built ( Alkano-aio and Breeze-aio), have not had the acceptance I want, because Ubuntu with GNOME or Unity, do not have the graphical user interface, to choose the cursor size. Therefore, I am working on creating a script for those who want to use my cursors themes "all in one",using Ubuntu, they can do so.

Thank you. Very soon I will work on building Hacked-aio. I'll let you know it,

What do you think about Hacked-aio. would you like use it? It's nice to have all variations in just in one cursor theme. I am thinking to build it some days later.

If you are using KDE then no problems to use Hacked-aio, but if you are using Ubuntu/Unity, then you will have problem for choosing cursor size: Unity have not a GUI to help users. We have to use dconf editor GUI for choosing cursor size or will have to use the terminal and execute commands "gsettings".
The issue not stop there, after each login it seems the cursor size is restored to default size of 24 pixels.

Thanks for commenting. I hope reply. thanks in advance,

I have downloaded your cursor penguin, and it seem that you are missing some symlinks and all legacy links; without them your cursor theme not works fine: you must include them.

And you must include the cursor.theme file, because some desktop environment as Unity and Gnome, uses alternatives configuration for correct settings of cursor themes.

You have reason. Under KDE and Xfce works fine, they have a GUI for choosing the cursor size, furthermore they "remember" the settings made previous, after login.

Unity and Gnome have the same problem for choosing cursor size: they have not a GUI to help users. We have to use dconf editor GUI for choosing cursor size or will have to use the terminal and execute commands "gsettings".
The issue not stop there, as you well said, after each login it seems the cursor size restored to default size of 24 pixels.

I have not any problem, because I use KaOS on my desktop computer, and Xubuntu on my laptop.

I have tried to find way for do that my "all in one" themes, works fine on gnome and Unity, but no found yet, without use any script on login.

For Xfce desktop environment a made a video "How to do it", you can download it on https://www.mediafire.com/?cdls0wv0g7necgv

There are applications that works only with the default cursor, as Chromium Web Browser and Google Chrome. If you don't make comix as default cursor, you always will see the default cursor, and the cursor-size default.

What do you must do after select comix cursor theme with tweak-tools, ubuntu-tweak, or another Desktop Settings Tool?

You must edit, as root, the index.theme system file located in /usr/share/icons/default, changing the name present after of "=", sign to theme's name.

Use next command:
sudo gedit /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme

Save, close and reboot. That's all.

Yes, you must do a hard work. You must first download it, at http://www.wincustomize.com/explore/cursorfx. But exist a issue: the file downloaded has a .cursorFX file extension.
The cursorFX file extension is associated with a program for customizing cursors in Windows called CursorFX, developed and sold by Stardock.

A *.cursorFX file contains a cursor theme which when applied to the system completely overhauls cursors and mouse effects in Windows.

Free version of CursorFX offers only some features that are part of a *.cursorFX theme. Mouse effects for example are only available in Pro version of the product.

Extract images of the subject, and builds the topic regularly.

There are applications that works only with the default cursor, as Chromium Web Browser and Google Chrome. If you don't make comix as default cursor, you always will see the default cursor, and the cursor-size default.

In your case, it seems that your default cursor is DMZ-White with 24 pixels as cursor size. You see the main cursor (the white arrow) , text cursor, grabbing cursor (closedhand) and hand2 cursor (pointing_hand).

What do you must do after select comix cursor theme with tweak-tools, ubuntu-tweak, or another Desktop Settings Tool?

You must edit, as root, the index.theme system file located in /usr/share/icons/default, changing the name present after of "=", sign to theme's name.
