I've just added qnut/nut to netdev group..without any other permission (chmod/chown)

tnx for workaround on flex and bison..now compilation process works fine..but i still got the same error on dbus (i've added qnut/nut to netdev group without successfull)

The apps seems good and usefull but..
Compile process failed on yacc's commands:

- I've downloaded debian packages and installed requests packets add-on.
The result is that cnut, nut and qnut (gui) are perfectely installed..but neither qnut noor cnut are able to work.
I've launched from terminal and the messages output is:

"(org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.InvalidSignature) Failed to get DeviceList"

I've two system: Xubuntu Hardy with kernel 2.6.25.4 and zenwalk (same kernel)

Any chance?

ok..i think the path is automatically set to correct..
This is a complete log from sh ./install.sh
as i cannot recognize exactly which is the mai error..i don't know if depends on some devel package or whatelse..
Normally i have no problems with cmake or application built with cmake

i have a problem with compiling..
as someone told before..we need both kdebase-dev and kdebase-workspace-dev..
Installing kdebase-workspace-dev means install a lots of kde4 packets from repository..and i have already a kde4 installation from svn in /opt/kde4

when i launch sh ./install.sh cmake gets the right path (/opt)..but obviously missed devel-package

What can i do to solve this issue?..i don't want double programs (kdm-kde4, klipper-kde4 and so on..) on my system..

i've PyWireless and i've found this program pretty good. I can connect myself to an AP monitoring frequency at the same time with no loss-memory.
Unfortunately i have Kubuntu Feisty and Continuos Monitor doesn't work..is there any workaroud about?

looks nice but..the configure cannot find my qt3 installation.
i have libqt3-mt-dev installed..and even with

./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/share/qt3 --with-qt-includes=/usr/include/qt3 --with-qt-libraries=/usr/share/qt3/lib

i recived the same error

some problems coming from System info..'cause version file is different in debian for example..
you cannot find any /etc/lsb-release..
maybe it can be /etc/issue..
